Introduction to BODY WEATHER

"Body weather" is a physical training method and philosophy developed by Japanese dancer Min Tanaka, which explores the body's relationship with its environment.

Join Valerie for a 'Body weather' inspired workout to relax and clear the mind.The session will energise you in a playful way. Develop awareness and grounding while exploring the senses and improve flexibility, coordination and stamina. Open to all levels and ages. Valerie is a Berlin based French Caribbean performer and musician concerned with notions of identities and creating work holding the emotional body at its core.
